Ms. Warrington is a partner in the firm with 14 years of experience handling workers' compensation and Social Security disability claims. Together, with Frank Petro, she handles the firm's Atlantic City and Cape May County workers' compensation cases. She also developed and heads the firm's Social Security Disability Department.

Ms. Warrington is active in The Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court. A member since 1998, she is the organization's treasurer since 2009 and is a four year member of the Inn's curriculum committee.
